Over dinner one evening in 2014, Superfly Co-Founder Jonathan Mayers and I came up with the idea to create a cause-centric festival concept for Detroit through the lens of local hero, Jack White.  We developed the concept, pitched it to Jack White and a number of Detroit investment groups, who quickly rallied around the concept. The event is currently in development, slated for launch in mid 2018.
